Friendly staff promptly addressed our room issue.

The room was functional and reasonably spacious and equipped with the Mekong-good view, a balcony and the tiniest windows. Its location was good and incredible, in the center.

The location was magnificent and incredible, close to many food shops as well! I had the standard double room which was quiet and impressive with the tiniest windows.

My honest journey to loving this

Location is unbeatable, with the night market just steps away! The staff's friendly demeanor inspired positivity, and strong wifi.

The room's decor felt outdated, and a few amenities seemed a bit limited to fully enjoy the experience.

The complimentary breakfast offers a basic selection, but there's nothing particularly excellent to rave about. The hotel's central setting makes it a convenient spot to access local attractions.

The Superior Double Room felt anything but superior. It had a dated vibe with signs of repair that seemed to be stuck in the last century. The room was cramped, electric outages struck during the night, and the air conditioning struggled. The bathroom situation needs attention, with lingering odors and subpar cleanliness. Even laundry service returned items damp and poorly laundered, not what I expected for the price.

Overall it was a really really nice stay of the four nights we stayed. The hotel had a marvellous and excellent location near a river. The view from our superior twin room was pleasant. A safe box, a mini bar, and central heating were great.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the lovely hot water in the shower. There’s a nice lounge area and a cozy reading nook that made relaxing easy. Just be aware that the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

The hotel has functional rooms with the tiniest windows, great view and balcony. The location is stunning and incredible, and the area is nice enough near restaurants and bars. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from downtown.

The Superior Twin Room I stayed in was comfy, with a cozy bed and great air conditioning. I liked being able to open the windows and look out at the river. Plus, the strong WiFi was a huge plus for me. It was nice that the room had hot water and a good variety for breakfast. The only downside was the odd vibe of the place, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is the highlight! It's super close to all the local attractions and great spots to eat. Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

The facilities could seriously use an update, especially the bathroom area which felt a bit neglected.

I stayed in a superior double room with a great view of the river. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning made the room nice and cool. Breakfast had a fantastic variety too! The staff were very professional. V hotel is conveniently close to the night markets and plenty of cafes.

Spacious and modern rooms but the windows are a bit small. As for breakfast, you can have it at the Vietnamese Coffee shop 🥐.
